1. Appointments & Bookings
All appointments must be booked in advance. We kindly ask clients to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to do so or not showing up to your appointment may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

3. Deposits
Some services may require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment if notice is given on time.

4. Health & Safety
Clients must inform us prior to treatment of any medical conditions, skin sensitivities, allergies, pregnancy, or medications that may affect the service.
Ady’s Nail & Beauty is not responsible for adverse reactions if relevant information is not disclosed.

5. Laser Hair Removal & Waxing
Results may vary depending on skin type, hair type, and individual response.
Laser hair removal requires multiple sessions for optimal results.
Clients must follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by our specialists.

6. Nail Services
We are not responsible for breakage or lifting caused by improper aftercare, accidents, or work-related activities. Repairs may be charged accordingly.

7. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of beauty services, all services are non-refundable once performed.
If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 72 hours so we can assess and address the issue.

8. Hygiene & Salon Policy
We maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior or failing to comply with salon policies.

9. Pricing
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

10. Personal Belongings
Ady’s Nail & Beauty is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items brought into the salon.

11. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or receiving any service at Ady’s Nail & Beauty, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
